Dentists, We are NOT insurance! We work with hundreds of dentists who do not take insurance – but they do take Eagles Dollar Based Dental!
Why?
Because we offer the benefits of being in an insurance network without the hassle and pain. We will provide your information in our Provider Lists but we do not get involved in the treatment decisions you make! We do not need to review X-rays, discuss your approach, and we will never tell you that one treatment would have been better or more cost effective than another treatment!
- We do not negotiate rates*. You are paid based on the dollar cost of the treatment you provide. We ask that you give our participants a fair discount – but that is ultimately up to you and the participant.
- We do not use LEAT (Least Expensive Alternative Treatment)!
- You and your patient decide the best course of action
- We pay you according to the Dollar Based Dental plan the patient’s employer has put in place not based on codes, etc.
- We pay providers multiple times per month.
What we ask of you:

- Do not collect our portion of your fees from patients. Participants do not like to have to be reimbursed and they may seek other providers.
- Verify Benefits online through our Provider Portal (link below)
- Add your information to our Provider List.
- Contact us with questions or concerns before telling a patient “no”.
